I made some frosting using Sweetex. Looks better than first batch with Crisco. I do though have just a few air bubbles. Minimal. I had to use more milk than normal. I wanted it a bit thinner for frosting the cake. I cut down a little on the sugar and used my flavorings. Any hints you can provide me on working with Sweetex. I think I am going to give up on Crisco. I did mot use the creamer mixture I just used skim milk by accident Will that be o.k.? I meant to use whole milk.

There is no problem having used skim milkicon_smile.gif
One does not used the same amount of Sweetex.....use about 1/4 to 1/3 cup less. Mix well on low
