icon_biggrin.gif okay. so i need to make tomb stones fro my halloween cake.
i cna't seem to find a candy recipe to make it so it stands up.
so if you have any ideas for me it would be very nice! icon_cool.gif

Sorry ond't know what went wrong with previous post. i was saying welcome to CC:
You may want to use a sugar water syrup boiled to hard crack stage and if you have cookie cutters inthe shape of tomb stones use these as molds. Of course you need to grease and prep your station accordingly before you start any of this.

so you jsut boil sugar nad syurp and water together?

If you don't have a cookie cutter use aluminum foil wipe it with butter and make a form the shape you need before it is completely dries you can use something sharp to write on them. and you can look up the recipe for hard candy just boil it as long as they tell you or it wont set up if I remember right you add the color at the end sorry I cant find my recipe right now
