Can I refrigerate a mousse-filled cake that has a COLOR FLOW image on the top? When removed from the refrigerator, will the moisture cause the image to bleed? Thanks for your help!

I'm pretty sure the answer is no you shouldn't do it. The moisture could cause the color flow to soften or melt. Can you just leave off the color flow part until just before delivery?

NO, don't refrigerate, it will melt and bleed it's better to put your color flow image right before delivery
