A few questions ... please help!
I have a groom's cake this weekend, first time I've done this. An 11X15 strawberry sheet cake. What cream cheese frosting is good and holds up well? What would you put it on? All my cake stands are round!

Let's address the stand `1st: Take any box and cover it w/a nice tablecloth that goes well/shows off the cake. Don't have to have a stand Make sure the box has all 4 sides and is taped together to hold the weight.
Cr ch icing: look up Earlene Moore. She has an awesome cr ch b'cream icing that does not need refrigeration and is easy to work with.
