I feel the same way as you. I am now going to start my Wilton 2 class and I started making cakes for my family. Although I made beautifully decorated cakes, the cake themselves are aweful.My family loved it, but I hate it,so at night I lay awake and worry about how to make better cakes and schedule what cake to make (I am only depending on my husband's income) on the next payday to find that perfect cake.But right now, I am so discouraged.I am just thankful for the commenters here in CC that they had to WALK FIRST BEFORE THEY RAN. I also realize that I have to be patient.
