I guess it's official .... I now do fondant cakes! I'll have to change my website from "Heck no I dont' touch that stuff!" to something along the lines of "Sure!! We can do that!"

It's only partially fondant, but I have one coming up next month that will be ALL fondant covered. Looking forward to that one like you wouldn't believe!

What i find funny is so many people avoid fondant like the plague and it's all i have ever done -(not that i am claiming to be any good at it) the thought of having a buttercream frosting terrifies me ( why am i always opposite to everyone )

I was decorating a Wilton Dora pan for my niece on Friday SWEARING at the buttercream because "I'm a FONDANT decorator" I don't sit for hours anymore to get the smooth as glass finish on my cakes
