Looking into purchasing CakeBoss. For those who are now using it please give me some insight in the use of it?

I like it. I've been using it for a little over a year, and find it helpful. They've made some improvements over the year, and I highly recommend it to any home baker.

I guess the only thing I'd like to see different at this moment is listing the customers by last name. Right now it's by first name, and if you can change that, I haven't figured it out yet. But over all, a nice useful program.

karateka - you can sort customers by last name by opening the 'Customers' screen, then clicking the gray 'Last Name' bar. You can also sort by any of the fields in the gray bar.
