You sure can use a strawberry cake mix and strawberry extract for a strawberry WASC. icon_smile.gif

Here's the expanded flavors version of the WASC recipe:

For another chocolate variation:

Use chocolate cake mix
6 large whole eggs (instead of 6 egg whites)
2/3 cup flour & 1/3 cup cocoa (instead of 1 cup of flour)
1 cup cold coffee (instead of 1 cup water)
(Variation provided by wgoat5.)

Jan, I have a question. You listed 6 whole eggs instead of 6 egg whites but the WASC recipe calls for 8 egg whites. I am confused. Should I use 6 eggs as opposed to the 8 egg whites or do I use 8 eggs?

Thanks for your help! icon_smile.gif
