I just made a batch of Indydebi'd BC icing. Im not going to use it all and was wondering how I should store it. Would it be better to freeze it or leave it in the fridge? if I leave it in the fridge how long would it keep. (It was made with milk) I usually use the Wilton BC recipe and could leave it inside my kitchen cabinet for a week or two,or put it in the fridge or freeze it.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

D

I believe you can do any and all of those things icon_smile.gif I've not frozen it so not sure but don't see why not.

I store it on the counter in an air-tight container.
