Requesting Instructions On Drum Set

Hello everyone I was just asked to make a three drum set for a 14 year old who's birthday is in a couple of weeks. I think I have an idea of how to set it all up but would like confirmation from the great creators in CC. Any Advisce is welcome

Hi there,
I did a drum set a few years ago. Pics in my gallery. I used round cakes and decorated each one. They are laying flat so I don't know how one would assemble them to stand upright if that's the look you're going for.
I used wooden dowels, sanded to the shape of each drum stick. Then used a cake board wrapped in tin foil to make the symbol.

If I did it again, I think I'd do fondant accents just to make the look cleaner.

your stuff looks great! But Yes I am aiming for the stand up look of the drum set or at least that's what the client wants.
