Which serving chart do you prefer to use or is more accurate as there is quite a difference between both...Wilton or Earlene's??
TIA

I'd go more for Earlene's just because I'm more scared of running out of cake. I have heard someone say they do an in between the two and I'm thinking that may actually be the most appropriate for actual wedding servings.

I would use Earlene's...it's more realistic than Wiltons.

I agree with the PP's.. Earlene's is my preference too.

Thank you! I'm always afraid I won't bake enough so I think I will use Earlenes. I was confused with such a difference between the two. Thank You!!

Most of us agree the industry standart for a serving of cake is 1x2x4 OR 2x2x2. This puts the Wilton chart right on.
If customers want bigger servings let them order (& pay for!) a bigger cake.
