Hello, (sorry so long)
Thanks for looking. This was inspired by Colette Peter's "Family Jewels" cake. It was made for my inlaw's 12th wedding anniversary. I liked how sculptural, rather than typical, the design was. I realize this was a HUGE undertaking and it is by no means perfect, but this was the design I gravitated towards. I mean, she's Colette... enough said. icon_wink.gif

icon_smile.gif I have the nicest inlaws... they collect the Fleur de lis design, so I incorporated that in this years and last years cake, as it's on their wedding rings too.... it's EVERYWHERE... icon_rolleyes.gif They are very supportive (bought me my mixer last Christmas). He's recently partially blind, so I made this cake knowing he could see the large design.

Thank you.
LL
