The one listed in several of her books? Has anyone ever made it? It looks pretty basic.

I make it all the time. I love it. It is MUCH easier to work with than mmf, plus it is easy to make and easy to double the recipe.

I've made it in the past, but it's been a while. I remember it being easy to make and roll out after letting it rest a day but I can't say what it tastes like as I've never been able to eat any fondant.

I have never used her fondant recipe but I like her Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe.

i make it all the time and I like it alot. Good texture for accents. I will admit that I havent covered a whole cake in it simply because most people I know hate fondant (any fondant because its chewy not creamy like buttercream).

Its easy to make too.
