I cannot seem to come up with anything for a housewarming cake. I don't want to make multi-dimensional house so I'm trying to come up with something, anything and my mind is just stuck on an image of Wilton's house pan. Any ideas??

Thanks!
Ashley

A #of yrs ago a Wilton yrbk had a sq cake (yellow) w/a lattice arch & drop flowers......it really is a pretty cake and perfect for your event.
Another idea is a pic of a door w/steps and a 'welcome' mat.
An outline drawing of their house?

How about a basket weave cake with flowers or maybe leaves since it is fall! I did this for easter and also for a friends house warming party. You could change it for the season adn use leaves instead!

Perhaps a cake that's made to look like their new front door complete with house numbers or a welcome mat of some kind. That might be fun to play with. Good luck... sounds like fun. icon_smile.gif
