Can someone please tell me what MMF is? I'm making a jungle themed cake and I need to do all the animals. I guess I could use fondant but I find it so hard to colour it. I want really bright vibrant colours! I saw a cake on here that said the animals were made with MMF. But I don't know what that is? HELP!!

MMF is MarshMallow Fondant, it is a very easy, inexpensive way to make fondant instead of buying it, plus it tastes really good.

fondant is easy to color if after you melt your marshmallows, you add your gel color then, no kneading in color!
