but i need to know,can i ice cake in ganache then cover it in fondant? icon_redface.gif

No question is silly here bobbie. Yes you can. But you have to get the ganache to a spreadable consistancy. Then you have to ice the cake with it, get it really smooth and you have to let it dry. Then you can slightly wet the surface with brandy or some syrup, and then cover it with fondant.

oh bashini thanks for very quick reply & even for the link.am just so anxious coz my client (i'm talking to the groom) wants no other way but only ganache underneath fondant.thanks again.. thumbs_up.gif
