I've been baking for a long time but not so long fooling with fondant and I have a wedding cake that has to have off white/cream colored fondant flowers on it. Any suggestions?
If you make your own fondant then just add some real vanilla to the batch. It makes a very pretty light ivory color.
If you are using purchased fondant, then you can add a very small amount of ivory food color to it. It doesn't take much to change the color. Too much and it will look dirty.
