Just curious....Does anyone use this flavoring for anything other than icing?

I thought that it was an emulsion which is for baking therefore goes into cakes then the oven?

I think it is uses in batters too. I know I use the Creme bouquet in batters.

I use the creme bouquet in the batter, not in the frosting or buttercream. I am going to try it.

Hi, I use the wedding bouquet in my cake batter and in my icing. Used together that way makes a very tasty cake. I have also used the W.B. in cookies and in the icing to decorate the cookies.
