I came across a post for "One Delicious Chocolate Cake (Kate Sullivan)". I have never tried it before, but it sounded great!! I was wondering for those that had tried it if it would be sturdy enough for a stackable 3-D cake. I will be doing two stacked soccer ball pans with a round in between to make a fondant covered round Jack Skellington head. Do you think the cake will be strong enough if I dowel it or should I stick to a Chocolate WASC?
