I am making a birthday cake that I want to frost/fill with IMBC. The cake is going to be picked up on Wednesday and served on Thursday. Is it ok to make the IMBC on Tuesday & decorate and leave at room temp? Or do I need to refrigerate the cake after decorating until it is picked up Wednesday? I'm also putting chocolate transfers on the cake as decorations and I don't want them to have condensation from the cold.
I would not leave it out. but I know some do.
