Does anybody have a stabilized CHOCOLATE whipped cream frosting? And do you think I could get it Black? YOur help would be appreciated!!!!!
Could you just had some chocolate or cocoa powder to it and follow the directions for plain stabilized whipped cream?
That's what I am gonna try, I guess.
I actually prefer drinking chocolate or sweetend cocoa in whipped cream. I find the dark bitter cocoa powder too much in cream.
You should try both and see which you like best!
If you opt for the bitter cocoa powder don't use too much as it can give a powdery texture this doesn't seem to happen to me when I use drinking chocolate.
