First of all, a BIG Thank you to Kitagrl for her wonderful idea.

My daughter, Meghna just turned 13 and had a "cooking party" for a few of her friends.
They iced cookies, baked cupcakes, made pizza from scratch, and made milkshakes.

She wanted to have a cake that tied in with the theme, and found Kitagrl's fantastic cake on CC.

I've posted before and after pics of my kitchen and the cake.

Thanks for looking,
Karen

Thank you all, for your compliments. My daughter and I had the greatest time, doing this cake together. She painted the recipe book, did the bubbles in the sink, and the eggs!

She also modelled for me, for the figure. If you look at her clothes in the picture, you will see that they resemble the gumpaste figure (she's the one with the video camera)

Once again,
Thanks for looking.
Karen
