I have three different size springform pans and an order for a cheesecake that will serve 25. What size springform pan will I need?

I searched and found no serving sizes for the pans.

We use 10" pans to bake cheesecakes for the bistro we work out of. The owner cuts the cheesecakes into 12 slices.
