[B]Unsalted Butter[/b]

I am decorating a cake tomorrow and just reralized I bought unsalted icon_sad.gif butter by mistake. Will that work for butter creme frosting or should I run to the store get salted butter.

You can add a bit of salt to the recipe to compensate:

Don't panic, I always use unsalted butter but if you want to cut a little sweet from the BC add 1/8 tsp. of salt and cream your butter until disolved, it works fine HTH.
