I would cheat and take the easy option, Lorann Oils!

Lorann Oils is the best way to flavor your icing and they taste great.

Is that same icing going tobe pink or red??
If so use UNsweetened KoolAidicon_smile.gif About 1/4 tsp per cup or two. Do this the night before you need to use it. In the am it might be all spotty; never fear, just give it a good stirring and it will be fine.

We've used flavored jello mixes, too. Sprinkle in a little at a time until you get it to the pucker consistency you're looking for.
