I boxed up a 9" CC this morning sent it with the wife to take to work. One of her patients was to pick it up this afternoon for her anniversary.

Oh it was a thing of beauty also LOLOL. The cake stood 3" high plus whole strawberries, and whipping cream brought it real close to five inches. It was just a nice looking cake. About an hour later I get a call Barb was in tears. The strawberries, and whipping cream slid off. She called the customer, and luckily they don't need it until tomorrow. Oh Boy what a relief.

So the new one is cooling off now, and I'll redecorate in the morning. Well the other MAs, and DRs. she works with had a nice breakfast. LOLOL
