Thank you sweeteecakes - I googled it too and came up with the same. I was kind of hoping I could get a tried and true recipe here somewhere that I know will be great. Seems simple enough though a rum soaked sponge cake with pastry cream and whipped cream frosting....We'll see how it comes out!
