Just got a Christmas catalog in the mail that offers a box of Snowman Hat treats - chocolate sandwich cookie topped with marshmallow, dipped in chocolate. Don't know if they're full-sized or done with minatures

I made a few of these last year. I used regular size oreo type cookies (from Trader Joe's, the peppermint ones) and regular size marshmallows.

I also made some minis that were mini oreos with mini marshmallows. I think that the minis come in a "single" serve bag, with several bags together in a box, like the size you would take in a lunch.

I'm thinking that, with a bit of hand shaping of the marshmallow, I can do some as witch hats for Halloween.
