Have you tried searching the galleries? There are a lot of clown themed ideas. Maybe even circus themed...

have you ever made Icing Clowns. I love them because you can make them do whatever position you want them in and they are fast and easy. I learned to make them in my Wilton class Course 1. I don't know if you ever took the class but if you want I can send you an email with instructions. OH maybe check the wilton website to see if they post instructions as well. tank you msthang1224, I did took the wilton class, but my clowns dosn't come out very nice, I believe is the bc consistency, that i haven't been able to master yet.I will practice a bit more , Thank you any way. i did saw a few that i lied, at the gallery i might try one of those

I don't know if you're looking for fondant or not, but the clowns on the side of this cake by karapags are really cute. Just a thought.

andpotts, this is ey close to the idea i had, I'll try to do a 8 in cae in the middle, whit a circus tent on top, and clown cupcakes around it, i'll post photos, next week when I make the cake
