I am doing a cheesecake for a twin baby shower. I want to decorate it with blue-tinted whipped cream and rubber duckies. My question is: would the color of the whipped cream be affected by the cheesecake - meaning, would it turn green? I know this question sounds wierd, but that is concerning me. icon_biggrin.gif I need reassurance that it would be OK. Please help. Thanks!

That should work just fine, so long as you have it all smoothly incorperated. And add 1/4 cup of dry coffee creamer to it while you whip it...preferrably mixed into the sugar is best, and this will make your whipped cream stand up better and stabilize it fantastically.

Good luck!!

Lisa, thanks a lot for your answer and suggestion. For some reason I did not get the notification that I had a reply. I will try it the way you suggested! Thanks again.
