Getting Buttercream Smooth

Ok, bare with me experienced cake makers. I have seen numerous cakes on here that are gorgeous and right when I think they are covered in fondant, I learn that they are finished off with buttercream. I have some individuals informing me that they do not like the fondant at all. Point being, how do you get the buttercream so smooth to the point that it looks like fondant? Help....

I suggest you get SugarShack's DVD on b'cream. It will give you more hints, tips, & information than you can imagine. It is worth every penny icon_smile.gif
