Ok, so it looks like the rainy season is in full force and although I generally avoid chocolate coatings and decorations like the plague down here, that's the request. I presume that ganache will cloud up and never set in super high humidity , so if it can't be done, it can't be done, just lemme have the unvarnished truth is poured chocolate fondant any good?
