Hello CC Family
I am curious to know which way is the best way to go for a cheese cake pans. I am familiar with the standard spring form pan. But I see this other one now that looks like a regular cake pan but the bottom comes out which one is better to use?
I believe that the springform pan would be much easier! That way, the sides will pull away from the cheesecake rather than be scraping against the sides the whole way out of the pan..... That's my view!! HTH
