I have recently started my own baking business out of my house and im having trouble with pricing my cakes. I get alot of orders for bundt cakes they seem very popular and character cakes, but im not sure how to price them I live in a smaller town an hour out of St Louis MO. Can someone give me some advice im just kind of feeling my way through this and with the price of supplies raising the way they have been I dont want to end up screwing myself. I do pies and cookies and such too.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated... Thanks

Jennifer

You should definitely figure out what it costs you to make the cake. You should also go look at the prices of other stores around you.. so that you can be price yourself somewhere around that.

I'm in the same stages myself..

Goodluck!
