Have any of you taken the Wilton advanced classes in Illinois? Debbie

I've taken many classes at Wilton in Chicago--some of the best money I've spent on caking.
The Masters is great for reinforcing piping skills and cake construction. Beyond Masters works in real cake & is great.
I honestly can't tell you one class that isn't worth the time & $.
