Hi everybody, I just wanted to verify what " Cake Flour " is? Is it Plain Flour or Self Raisin Flour in UK?

TIA.

Cake flour in the U.K. would be extra-fine plain flour:

I use the substitution for cake flour with great results: 3/4 c all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons cornstarch to replace 1 cup of cake flour.
