I was just wondering if there is any recipes out there for rolled Fondant using Splenda Powered Sugar .
i am not sure but couldn't you just switch the powdered sugar for splenda????
Isn't the Splenda PS a bit granular?? Not totally PS but not like regular sugar either... Would that work for fondant?? If anyone knows, I'd like to know too!!
I saw a Good Eats episode where Alton Brown put granulated sugar into a food processor and pulsed it into powdered sugar. Maybe that would work for the Splenda?
