can someone please tell me how or if i can pipe on gumpaste. actually i plan on using a 50/50gumpaste/fondant mix. I want to make an effect similar to using cookies with royal but instead of cookies using the gumpaste. So, can royal icing be piped over gumpaste and if so are the results clean and bright?? thanks

I have piped royal icing on a gumpaste plaque and have had no problems icon_smile.gif

Absolutely and it works great! The black and white cake spring cake in my photos is white flowers and leaves that I piped black royal icing on after they dried. I made those over a month ago and the black hasn't run or weeped into the white gumpaste at all.
