I have the opportunity to give a bid for a company doing an employee appreciation party on Halloween.. they want cake to feed 150 people... keep in mind they probably go to the grocery store for sheet cakes... i want to make something spectacular because i was told that they order stuff monthly and if it goes over well they would use me in the future...
i really dont like doing sheet cakes.. so i was thinking either a tiered cake or 4 individual cakes that feed approx 40..

any ideas???? or suggestions????

There is a cake done by jdegeeter it is adorable, would feed plenty and is looks to be pretty simple to make....not as time consuming as most.
Just make it smaller than hers if you need to feed less.
It is by far my favorite halloween cake ever, cute but elegant.
