Hi All,

I have to make 2 Halloween cakes for two little girls who birthdays are in October. She wants a cake she saw from Sugar creations and the other is the the one from Wilton. She wants the Sugar Creations with nothing changed but she wants the Wilton to be more girly. I am at a loss. I attached the picture of the cakes I am talking about. Can someone please give me ideas of how to make the purple with the pumpkins cake more girly.

Thanks!!

How about having the jack'o'lanterns look like girls instead of gender neutral? Make up, big eyelashes, lips, blush? I think maybe just giving the whole thing some sparkle with some luster, sparkle or disco dusts would help in that direction. When my daughter was young, she and her friends loved all things sparkl-y.

I agree with sillychick, and make make the ghosts smiling instead of the ghoulish "O" mouths.

Thanks so much. Sounds great. I think I will add bows to some of the ghosts and pumpkins too.
