I just purchased an airbrushing set ...does anyone know of any books or videos with instructions on how to decorate cakes with simples designs....
I would be very thankful for any input....

go to www.howtoairbrush.com They have great detail on how to airbrush (learn to use it) which is not confined to cake decorating but is certainly useful.

They have stencils available. There are also some airbrush videos around but you have to hunt for them. Also Roland Winbeckler has a wonderful book on airbrushing. I've seen his demo -- it's amazing! icon_biggrin.gif
