You could do your neice's name in a BCT or a chocolate plaque.

One of the cakes in the AZ Cake Show this year was a graffiti cake. The girl made the sides look like a brick building, then airbrushed all kinds of words on it.

Maybe that will get you started.

if you go with airbrushing words on the cake you can get a Graffiti typstyle here ...

you can print out the words you want to airbrush or pipe onto the cake and use that as a practice sheet to get used to the writing style. i put the sheet under a wilton practice board and tried piping it onto there for practice.

You know I had no idea there was such a thing as a graffiti cake and when I was in NYC and San Francisco I took lots of pix of the graffiti thinking "now how can I adapt this into a cake?" and low and behold!! icon_lol.gif
