Has anyone ever grated and froze carrots for future use in carrot cake/cupcakes??? icon_surprised.gif Someone bought me 5 lbs of carrots and i will only need 2lbs for the order i'm doing this weekend so i just wanted to figure how to safely store the rest. Thanks in advance everyone. icon_smile.gif
