I am making 2 cakes w/fondant, I use MMF I made 2 1/2 days ago now
I am making it and it seems so dry and keep adding crisco and its still so dry how much can I add????? Its cracking and peeling when I roll out if that makes sence..I have never had this problem but I have never made in advise either I normally have it way to smooth and it streches due to I make it to soon...Please what do I do...
I cant run to the store and I have to get these done today.....
when I roll it peeling off onto the rolling pin........what am i doing wrong????
I would stick in the microwave for a few seconds, it should become more pliable then
cornstarch the heck outta that rolling pin!!!
If you're ganna put it in the microwave make sure you use medium power (50%) and do it for few seconds at a time. Hope everything goes well for you, I know how desperate it can be.
