I just did a search using "tiara" and a bunch of posts came up but it's super slow for me! Here's just a few that I found hopefully some of them will be of some help. I didn't get a chance to read them all...

I did one a few weeks ago.I taped my pattern to a coffee can then taped wax paper over the pattern.I go over it w/RI then let it dry,I do this 3x & make sure you let it dry before you go over it again w/RI in that way when you peel it off it won't break on you.Be sure to peel it off slowly.I hope this will help b/c I'm the type of person who can show you something but not good explaining it.
