After searching the forums, i think i'm even more confused. I need to serve 150 guests, and i'm making 11x15 2-layer sheet cakes.
I've found several posts-some say 1 will serve 22, some say 35, wilton says 60......AAAHHHHHH!!
In my mind I was thinking that 4 of the 11x15 2-layer sheet cakes would be enough. Am I wrong?
