Puerto Rican Cake Recipe

Looking for a cake recipe of cakes made in Puerto Rico. I believe the cake is called Ponque.

Apparently, in Puerto Rico it is a style of pound cake. Found a couple recipes for you. (The Colombian recipes are a fruitcake.)
