Does anyone know the technique used in Susan Carberry's (Cake Cottage) website of how to do the ghost cookie in the car. These cookies are shaped and molded into the cookie.
I thought I had seen something about this here but I've done a search and came up empty handed.
Thanks
I found other Halloween cookies, but didn't see that cookie. If you post a link to the pic, it might help for someone to see it (or I am just missing it! )
the cookie is in her classes that she gives. The little ghost is in a car and from what I understand she fills the cookie with candy! I thought maybe someone that lived in the area maybe had taken one of her classes.
Why don't you email Susan? She is very sweet, and I am sure will help you out. (Sus is a good bud.. )
I emailed Susan and she said she is doing a book on this technique!
Yea!
Maybe out the first of the year.
I have gotten to take a few classes with Susan, her techniques are amazing! You can buy one of her basic cookie DVD's and figure out how to make just about anything on that skill if you are creative...
I took the ladybug class and it was FUN! I haven't taken this class, but I think the ghost itself is hand molded fondant, the candy corn car is the 3-D cookie. Not too sure, but pretty sure.
Her cookies are adorable! I just took a peek at her site.

Do you have a link to her cookie dvd? I didn't see it on her website. A book sounds great!
