My whipped cream looked grainy when I was frosting my cake! What happened? I did color the cream was that it?

You can only imagine the many mistakes I made teaching myself to bake and make other desserts (at 9 y.o.a.).

I was about twelve at the time of the Glorified Butter, er Rice dessert I was attempting... icon_lol.gif
