Im chasing some recipes for cupcakes that will last ideally at least a week as I need to make a large quantity and dont want to do it the last minute obviously
flavours im open with eg choc, white choc mud carrot etc just as long as they can be kept uniced for at least 4-5 days until I need them.
I make cupcakes using the WASC and freeze if I need to bake in advance. I have never had a problem. Good Luck!

WASC Stands for White Almond Sour Cream... it is a doctored cake recipe...
I use this as the base for all my cake flavors... you can literally make tons of different cake flavors from this... if you want some ideas PM me...
