hello there
Im chasing some recipes for cupcakes that will last ideally at least a week as I need to make a large quantity and dont want to do it the last minute obviously icon_smile.gif
flavours im open with eg choc, white choc mud carrot etc just as long as they can be kept uniced for at least 4-5 days until I need them.

I make cupcakes using the WASC and freeze if I need to bake in advance. I have never had a problem. Good Luck!

WASC Stands for White Almond Sour Cream... it is a doctored cake recipe...
